Job Title: Service Desk Engineer

At Vaco, we're seeking a skilled Service Desk Engineer to join our team. As a Service Desk Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support for systems monitoring, maintenance, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for systems monitoring, maintenance, and administration
  • Handle inbound customer support via email and phone
  • Support internal users and occasional onsite support (local travel only)
  • Manage operating systems, Microsoft infrastructure, basic network troubleshooting, and security measures
  • Maintain and manage MSP platforms including remote monitoring tools and documentation
  • Ensure service delivery meets high standards of communication and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in training and pursue necessary certifications
Requirements:
  • Associates degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts
  • Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
