About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Manager to lead our Parts department to achieve maximum efficiency, quality, cost-effectiveness, and member and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement budget plans, establish pricing, and approve controllable expenses to ensure optimal performance.
  • Establish, inspect, monitor, and maintain a balanced inventory to meet customer demands and minimize waste.
  • Create and submit orders throughout the day to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.
  • Reconcile invoices, forecast and track expenses, and prepare reports to ensure accurate financial management.
  • Assist with physical inventory, checking in orders, and calling and routing to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist with work schedules, timecards, and payroll to ensure accurate compensation and benefits.
  • Assist with recruiting, training, and performance recognition and evaluations to develop and retain top talent.
  • Ensure needs are met for internal jobs and ensure the quality of customer service to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Seek ways to improve business outcomes and support member success and development to drive growth and profitability.
  • Partner with all stakeholders to ensure store success and drive business results.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in automotive parts and/or management to drive leadership and expertise.
  • Ability to lead change in a fast-paced work environment to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving and thought leadership to drive business results and improve operations.
