We have an immediate opening for a Copywriter on our creative team. Applicants should have the ability to develop concepts, influence and maintain tone of voice, write compelling copy for all touch points (video, social, email, digital, print, etc.), and have strong proofreading and grammar skills with the ability to work in a collaborative multi-disciplinary, fast-paced environment, and present high-quality copy executions. This is a hybrid position; all candidates will be required to be on-site in Grapevine, TX at least part time.
Responsibilities
- Work with Creative Director, Associate Creative Director (Copy) and project team to develop innovative copy strategies and campaign concepts that align with our brand's voice and values.
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, writing copy through conceptualization, execution, and production with support from Project Management
- Help establish and maintain copy tonality through all brand touchpoints
- Collaborate with the creative team, marketing team, and product team to deliver compelling work for our audience
- Realize projects with the highest level of creativity with respect to schedule and budget
- Communicate effectively with department leads
- Continually learn, research, and recommend compelling copy ideas based on best practices per channel
- 3+ years of professional Copywriting experience
- Exceptional portfolio of relevant work
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who likes to bring new ideas to the table
- Excellent attention to detail with an eagle eye for typos and errors
- Ability to produce a variety of content for email, product overviews, campaign concepts, product features, packaging, organic and paid social, instructions, blogs, FAQs, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Figma, Google Suite
