**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare labels, Master Carton labels, and other materials for pending orders.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Assist the Quality Control and Packing team with quality control on incoming shipments.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments and submit shipment information using EDI, Oracle OTM, or Client Portal applications to avoid chargebacks.
  • Receive finished goods in our RightClick inventory system.
  • Communicate with customers on logistics inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Process Returns and Refunds for Clients and Suppliers.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments for return and repair of goods to suppliers.
  • Maintain and organize pending outgoing shipments, ensuring efficient inventory management.
  • Perform office administration tasks and assist Managers with urgent and/or ad hoc projects.
  • Help print packing slips for E-commerce orders.
  • Maintain and organize both Main and Web inventory, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

**Requirements for the Position:**

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics-related work.
  • Experience in Wholesale inventory software (RightClick preferred).
  • BA or similar professional degree or certification preferred.

**Specialized Knowledge and Skills:**

  • Technical proficiency, including a basic understanding of Excel and the ability to learn new software.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a group atmosphere and comply with high-quality standards.
  • Ability to shift from one task to another to address changing priorities.
  • Excellent record keeping.
  • Time management.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed, requiring little direct supervision.
