The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and tracking transportation across R2Net, ensuring seamless communication with our business partners. This role will involve close collaboration with our Customer Service team and insurance providers to resolve customer inquiries.

**Temporary Assignment**

This is a temporary assignment lasting up to 12 weeks. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and other agencies that govern imports and exports.
  • Collaborating with the Fulfillment Department, Supply Chain, and Merchandising teams to optimize the flow of merchandise.
  • Investigating US Customs inquiries and performing other logistics-related duties.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Merchandising, and Marketing.
  • Developing and implementing logistics process improvements.
  • Coordinating inbound and outbound freight shipments, both domestically and internationally.
  • Managing inventory replenishment processes for our drop shippers and business partners.
  • Acting as the liaison to our shipping courier for all communications and updates.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a logistics/operations role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Aptitude to learn new processes and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of Excel preferred.
