Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Bodily, a women's health company dedicated to providing evidence-based information and thoughtfully designed products that support women through common yet underserved female physiological transitions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, procurement processes, and coordinating quality control with factories. This role involves creating purchase orders, managing supplier relationships, arranging quality inspections, and ensuring accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with suppliers and factories to confirm order details, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor open purchase orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of all procurement activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, tracking product movements and stock levels.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient inventory flow.
- Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Arrange quality control inspections with factories to ensure products meet company standards.
- Communicate quality requirements and standards to suppliers and manufacturing partners.
- Address any quality issues promptly and work with suppliers to implement corrective actions.
- Document and report on quality control findings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4+ years of experience in inventory management, procurement, or supply chain coordination.
- Proven experience in creating and managing purchase orders.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and coordinating inspections with factories.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with inventory management or ERP software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
