Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support our team at Community Transportation Services L. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including drafting correspondences, planning appointments, and developing organized filing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering inbound telephone calls and greeting onsite guests
  • Develop and implement efficient filing systems and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and events, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office administration or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
