We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Club Academy Tutor. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our young members, shaping their academic journey and fostering a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities

**Primary Responsibilities**:

  • Design and deliver tailored literacy programs, ensuring each student receives personalized attention.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff, promoting a collaborative and supportive environment.

**Working Conditions**: This position requires a flexible schedule, with occasional evening and weekend work. You will be expected to maintain a professional demeanor at all times, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all members.

**Salary Range**: $50,000 - $70,000 annually, dependent on qualifications and experience.
