Child and Adolescent Therapist

Join us at Comprehensive Interventions, Inc. as a Child and Adolescent Therapist and play a vital role in empowering young individuals to overcome emotional, mental, and substance abuse challenges.

This role involves working closely with children and adolescents who face significant barriers to success in traditional academic or vocational settings. As a Child and Adolescent Therapist, you will design and implement evidence-based interventions to reduce symptoms, improve behavioral functioning, and enhance coping skills.

We estimate an annual salary range of $60,000-$80,000 for this position, based on experience and qualifications.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and delivering individual/group therapy sessions, monitoring progress toward established goals
• Collaborating with facility-based staff to discuss consumer progress and recommend adjustments
• Evaluating the effectiveness of interventions and adjusting them as necessary
• Contributing to weekly staff meetings with therapeutic insights and expertise
• Prioritizing regular supervision with the Program Manager and Clinical Supervisor
• Adapting interventions to meet changing consumer needs
