Job Overview

Martin Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled Developmental Disabilities Services Manager to join their team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative and support services for the ADVP, PSR, Innovations Waiver, and CLFS programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and staff.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administration: Develop and maintain up-to-date Person Centered Plans for program participants, ensuring accurate service records and adherence to agency, MCO/LME, Medicaid, and CARF standards.
  2. Supervision: Provide supervision for support staff, offering interventions and strategies for completing PCP objectives, and ensuring staff understanding and compliance with agency policies and procedures.
  3. Training/Support: Collaborate with support staff to coordinate enrichment activities, counsel clients on resolving social and behavioral issues, and consult with clients and staff on effective programs.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a four-year college degree in a human service field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illness, and/or substance abuse issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
