Job Overview

Martin Enterprises is seeking a qualified Developmental Disabilities Program Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative and support services for our ADVP, PSR, Innovations Waiver, and CLFS programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date Person Centered Plans for program participants who do not have Care Coordinators.
  • Maintain accurate service records that meet agency, MCO/LME, Medicaid, and CARF standards.
  • Submit completed Person Centered Plans and Treatment Authorization Requests to MCO/LME to ensure service availability and payment.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A four-year college degree in a human service field (preferred).
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illness, and/or substance abuse issues.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Martin Enterprises offers a range of benefits, including 401K with company match, profit sharing, paid leave time, and access to cafeteria plans.
