Position Overview:

This is a full-time role designed for an experienced professional with a blend of relevant work and educational background.

Role Responsibilities:

The Sales Campaign Strategist will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and executing sales initiatives for our organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Comprehending and conveying the company's offerings, including products and services, to internal teams, clients, and potential customers.
  • Formulating and implementing sales tactics that are in line with the company's strategic goals.
  • Effectively disseminating and promoting campaigns through appropriate channels to maximize impact.
  • Meeting or surpassing quarterly and annual performance metrics.
  • Building, nurturing, and sustaining relationships with influential decision-makers.
  • Managing multiple concurrent campaigns efficiently.
  • Adapting priorities based on market dynamics, industry developments, competitive analysis, and new technologies.
  • Creating and presenting engaging sales campaigns while generating innovative strategies through market analysis, networking, and other avenues.
  • Assisting the sales team in closing deals by establishing consistent communication between presales, sales, and product management to share insights and feedback.
  • Contributing to marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Maintaining accurate and current records of campaign activities within the company's CRM system.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales, or marketing.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in leveraging data for decision-making; familiarity with the financial technology sector and sales enablement.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently across various organizational levels; adept at navigating ambiguity and influencing senior colleagues on diverse topics.
  • Demonstrated capacity to deliver high-quality work across multiple projects of varying complexity, with effective prioritization skills.
  • High energy and professionalism.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and improvement in methodologies.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Structured thinking with the ability to quickly organize and implement action plans.
  • Capability to influence others and garner support for shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree or additional qualifications.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Dynamics, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or Smartsheets.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.
