The Real Estate Marketing Strategist will oversee the promotion and visibility of the brokerage, a dynamic team of agents, and their property listings by executing diverse design strategies and marketing initiatives while providing assistance with various office tasks.


Development of property marketing materials:
brochures, Offering Memorandums, Broker Opinions of Value, financial models, signage, email campaigns, and social media content

  • Design of customized agent marketing requests: direct mail pieces, business cards, brochures, promotional materials
  • Organize and manage billing for photography and videography sessions
  • Coordinate and oversee billing for signage placements
  • Maintain an email marketing platform and database, create email blasts, and monitor performance metrics
  • Collaborate with external web developers and manage the backend of WordPress to implement essential site modifications, upload content, enhance the site's visual appeal, and identify/report issues
  • Work with a third-party social media agency, providing/designing/strategizing/editing content, approving submissions, and evaluating monthly performance analytics
  • Investigate and arrange demonstrations for new software and technology
  • Support the organization of company events, regular meetings, and explore networking possibilities
  • Plan sponsorship initiatives, tracking deadlines and ensuring timely communication of all necessary information to organizers and participants
  • Coordinate with an external PR firm when significant transactions present opportunities for media exposure
  • Assist in the launch campaigns for new listings on Costar/LoopNet, troubleshoot Costar's Marketing Manager platform, and help facilitate workshop sessions with Costar representatives
  • Explore advertising prospects with commercial real estate publications
  • Support the onboarding process for new agents, providing resources and materials
  • Collaborate with analysts to generate quarterly market reports for South Florida and promote them through various channels
  • Maintain familiarity with a list of preferred vendors, tracking which vendors serve which regions
  • Monitor invoicing for all orders to ensure prompt payment
  • Exhibit a keen interest in the commercial real estate sector, making an effort to understand key industry players
Requirements

  • 35 years of progressive marketing experience in Commercial Real Estate.
  • Proficient in MS Windows and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
