About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Appointment Coordinator. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless appointment scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Turn inbound service calls into appointments and communicate with service advisors to adjust appointment capacity based on current workload.
  • Assist with inbound service calls and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or text.
  • Confirm appointments and follow up with customers to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Oversee, record, and update customer information and leads in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
  • Work closely with dealership service staff to ensure a smooth appointment process.
  • Stay up to date on dealership promotions and communicate with customers about recalls and first service appointments.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a business development center (BDC) or call center environment is preferred.
  • Extensive phone and CRM database usage is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, especially over the phone, are essential.
  • Self-motivated individuals with the ability to set and achieve targeted sales goals are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
  • Creativity and high energy are a must for this position.
  • A team player focused on providing excellent customer service is required.
