Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our semiconductor foundry engineering leadership team within the Advanced Microelectronics Solutions Department. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of microelectronics processing techniques and experience in III-V semiconductor processing and III-V epitaxial materials, preferably in GaAs or GaN.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct a team of skilled process engineers to fabricate advanced microelectronic devices in accordance with various technology roadmaps.
  • Review process changes, identify and champion process improvement opportunities, and work to improve process yields.
  • Interface with operations management and facilitate the effective allocation of team resources to support the oversight of the foundry processes.
  • Work with the department manager on manpower and resource planning, controlling overhead costs, and developing employee performance reviews.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior work experience, or a Master's degree in STEM and 5 years of prior work experience, or a PhD in STEM and 3 years of prior work experience.
  • Experience in semiconductor processing or process integration.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
