Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our semiconductor foundry engineering leadership team within the Advanced Microelectronics Solutions Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor processing and process integration, with a focus on III-V semiconductor processing and III-V epitaxial materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of skilled process engineers to fabricate advanced microelectronic devices in accordance with various technology roadmaps.
  • Direct the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance wafer foundry yields and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical and logistical issues on the foundry floor.
  • Develop and manage project schedules and costs, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees to help them maximize their potential and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior work experience, or a Master's degree in STEM and 5 years of prior work experience, or a PhD in STEM and 3 years of prior work experience.
  • Experience in semiconductor processing or process integration, with a focus on III-V semiconductor processing and III-V epitaxial materials.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
  • Strong analytical skills, customer focus, and collaboration skills.
  • Project scheduling and management experience, cost account manager experience, and/or task leadership experience.
