Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deployment Fielding & Sustainment (DFS) Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead to join our team at Raytheon. As an IPT Lead, you will be responsible for planning and executing sustainment strategy of the fielded system, including on-site support staff, transportation of sustainment resources, field maintenance support, material procurement, return & repair, and technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sustainment strategy to ensure excellence in execution
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Global Mobility, EXIM, IPT Leadership, and Program Management teams to apply disciplined program management processes
  • Utilize tools to establish and monitor metrics and trends to ensure cost and schedule targets are met
  • Support the Risk & Opportunity process and develop advanced, system-specific training
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline and a minimum of 8 years of relevant Program or Project Management, Supply Chain, or Engineering experience. An advanced degree may be considered in lieu of additional experience. You will also need experience with Earned Value Management Systems, managing project or program cost, schedule, and risk, and a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance.
