**About the Role**

This is a full-time exempt position in the Management Personnel Plan (MPP). The incumbent will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of integrity, compassion, and responsibility throughout the University. As a Conflict Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for managing reports of Other Conduct of Concern (OCC), including facilitating conflict resolution.

The selected candidate will work closely with multiple departments to develop initiatives, programs, and policies aimed at promoting a supportive, inclusive, and socially responsible institutional environment. They will collaborate with stakeholders, conduct assessments, and implement strategies to address OCC and enhance organizational effectiveness with a focus on areas such as employee well-being, diversity and inclusion, environmental sustainability, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reports of Other Conduct of Concern (OCC)
  • Facilitate conflict resolution
  • Develop initiatives, programs, and policies to promote a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and implement strategies to address OCC
  • Enhance organizational effectiveness with a focus on employee well-being, diversity and inclusion, environmental sustainability, and community engagement

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $8,334 - $10,000 per month
  • CSU Classification Salary Range: $4,812 - $15,449 per month
  • Salary is commensurate with the background and experience of the individual selected
