About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Care Coordinator to join our team at Sutton Dental & Braces in New Haven, CT. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service to patients and parents at check-in and check-out
  • Verify patient insurance eligibility and service limits prior to appointment
  • Maintain a clean and tidy waiting area and front desk
  • Ensure all patient files are ready before the patient's appointment
  • Schedule follow-up operatory and six month recall appointments for patients
  • Answer incoming calls and direct the caller to the proper person
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Office experience in a dentist's or physician's office preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish required
