About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Onsite Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and driving account growth through our KeepStock program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by receiving and stocking purchased product, ensuring product stocking levels, and resolving customer problems promptly.
  • Account Growth: Help create new orders by engaging with customers to identify additional product needs, probing for customer needs during each site visit, and working with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings.
  • Route Management: Follow designated routes defined by routing software tools and maintain route guides to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for productivity, process, and cycle time improvements and implement changes to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
  • 3 years' experience in a selling or service environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service and sales growth oriented
  • Collaboration and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license in the state of residence
