About the Role:
The Account Growth Specialist will play a critical role in driving sales growth and improving profitability in assigned territories. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a deep understanding of the commercial automotive industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and develop solutions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and improve profitability in assigned territories
  • Collaborate with marketing and distribution teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions
  • Provide regular updates and insights to management on sales performance and market trends

Requirements:
  • Minimum of high school diploma with 3-5 years of industry/commercial experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Proven sales experience and analytical skills
