Role Summary:

The Front Desk Coordinator plays a vital role in providing top-tier administrative support to meet the needs of both internal staff and external clients. This position requires a friendly and organized professional who is adept at managing incoming calls and welcoming vendors, clients, and visitors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently answering and directing phone calls
  • Greeting and assisting visitors
  • Performing administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and maintaining databases
  • Coordinating shipping and courier services
  • Communicating effectively with building management

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role
  • Dependability and punctuality
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • A professional demeanor and appearance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Seasonal overtime may be required.
