Front Desk Agents are tasked with:
- Welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a memorable first impression.
- Providing comprehensive information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Managing guest check-ins and check-outs in accordance with established service standards.
- Listening attentively to guest inquiries and addressing their needs promptly.
- Setting up accurate guest accounts based on preferences and requirements.
- Communicating essential guest information to relevant departments to fulfill special requests.
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of guest information.
- Documenting and resolving guest issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Issuing safe deposit boxes and managing guest faxes as needed.
- Generating and distributing daily reports to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A background in customer service, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems for accurate data entry.
- The ability to work collaboratively with team members across departments.
- Experience in cashiering and guest relations is advantageous.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
