Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A background in customer service, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Proficiency in computer systems for accurate data entry.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with team members across departments.
  • Experience in cashiering and guest relations is advantageous.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
