About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Content Manager to join our Global Sales Enablement Team. As a key member of our content management and strategy team, you will be responsible for working with content creators to design, organize, and maintain high-quality content that is easily discoverable by our sellers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with content creators to design and organize content areas (spots) that are user-friendly and visually appealing.
  • Provide insights and guidance to content creators on how to position their content in the system.
  • Own and partner with spot owners and publishers through onboarding, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and implement policies for managing digital content.
  • Lead the organization of content libraries through the creation and maintenance of lists, metadata, and taxonomies.
  • Provide training and coaching to sellers and content creators on using Highspot and maintaining content.
  • Connect learning analytics with data in Highspot and define a strategy for consistent tracking of sales enablement learning content.
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced content manager with a strong background in sales, services, or marketing. You should have a proven track record of working with content management systems like Highspot and a passion for organizing and designing content. If you have experience working in a software or tech company and creating and leading virtual and on-demand training, that's a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of $125,800 - $188,800 USD, depending on location, and a comprehensive benefits package. If you're passionate about content management and sales enablement, we'd love to hear from you.
