Position Overview:
The role of the receptionist is crucial in maintaining a professional atmosphere and facilitating effective communication within the office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to learn, embrace new challenges, and exhibit excellent interpersonal skills. This position is open to both full-time and part-time applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and welcoming environment for visitors.
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Handle mail distribution and prepare outgoing shipments.
- Assist project managers with various administrative tasks.
- Organize and schedule appointments and events.
- Support other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry, and online research.
- Complete any other office-related tasks as assigned.
Education:
- High school diploma is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat Professional and Designer.
- Strong administrative skills and technological proficiency.
- Excellent phone manners and communication skills.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Exceptional customer service and office management skills.
