InfoTree is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Team Lead - Electronics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and perform work requiring knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and electronic theory and principles, wiring specifications, local and national electrical codes, properties of various materials, and principles of operation and application of electronic equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic issues, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Service manufacturing and test equipment by checking, testing, and replacing faulty components, circuits modules, printed circuit boards, and similar electronic devices.
- Read and understand electrical schematics, ladder logic of programmable controllers, and pneumatic and hydraulic schematics.
- Weld using wire and stick welding, and use a plasma cutter to fabricate and modify equipment as required.
- Demonstrate extensive technical knowledge of electronics and troubleshoot PLC systems.
- Complete work in dismantling, assembling, and installing industrial machinery, and requisition and manage spare parts inventory.
- Modify programming of robots and related equipment, and maintain and ensure completion of preventive maintenance tasks.
- Track work activities in downtime logs, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of electronics, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation, including schematics and programming languages.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a variety of weather conditions.
