Position Overview
Summit Health Inc is actively seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to become a vital part of our collaborative primary care team.

We are in search of healthcare providers who are passionate about excellence and eager to drive positive change while serving a diverse patient population.

  • Access to clinical leadership, including APP Directors, to promote knowledge-sharing across a network of professionals leading the evolution of primary care

  • User-friendly, optimized EMR with full telehealth capabilities, including access to a virtual scribe to minimize administrative tasks
  • Flexible scheduling options that prioritize work/life balance for our Advanced Practice Providers
  • Strong clinical leadership support aimed at fostering provider success, including dedicated one-on-one time with leadership and regular practice meetings to enhance communication and collaboration
Essential Qualifications:
  • Graduation and certification from an accredited advanced practice program
  • Preferred but not mandatory: Two or more years of outpatient clinical experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
  • Comfortable treating both pediatric and adult patients, conducting thorough health assessments for individuals and families with acute, chronic, or potential health issues
  • Current, unrestricted license in the practicing state or eligibility for licensure
  • Active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration or eligibility for registration
  • Must possess active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or be eligible to enroll
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; Athena preferred
