Join Our Mission: At Senior Helpers - Queen Creek, we are dedicated to providing exceptional in-home support services for seniors. We are currently seeking dedicated caregivers to assist our valued clients in Apache Junction and nearby communities.
Compensation: Our caregivers earn between $15.00 and $18.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications.
Available Shifts: We offer flexible shift options including morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts, available seven days a week.
Role Overview: As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by:
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Overseeing medication schedules.
- Documenting any changes in clients' conditions.
- Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
Qualifications:
- A positive and friendly attitude with a patient demeanor.
- A willingness to work and adapt to clients' needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A caring nature and genuine interest in helping others.
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years old with a high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Access to a cell/smartphone and internet for app-based clocking in and out.
