About the Role

Sodexo S A is seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Manager to lead our team at UMass Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of hourly associates to exceed patient satisfaction
  • Oversee Sodexo's Patient Dining Program and daily meal rounding, including service recovery
  • Collaborate with clinical, food service, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience
  • Perform tray assessments to ensure food quality, presentation, and tray accuracy
  • Maintain effective communication with patients and families to ensure high satisfaction levels
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Passion for patients and customers, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Knowledge of nutrition and specialized diets
  • Experience in a food production setting, with a healthcare environment preferred
