About the Role

The Charles Lea Center is seeking a highly skilled Innovation Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities and special needs to live more effectively and meaningfully.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide services and supports focused on achieving goals for the people we support.
  • Offer technical assistance to Community Providers implementing services for people referred.
  • Advocate on behalf of individuals and their guardians to ensure that services being provided reflect their desires.
  • Conduct follow-up visits to ensure satisfaction with services and desired outcomes are being achieved.
  • Follow the Standards and regulations required by the Tennessee Department of Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to pass a background check upon hire.
  • Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field with two (2) years of experience in providing or coordinating services to people with disabilities and special needs.
  • Four (4) Years Case Management experience in providing or coordinating services to people with disabilities and special needs and/or with case management services.
