Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Innovation Coordinator to join our team at The Charles Lea Center. As an Innovation Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live, work, and play in their communities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance to community providers implementing services for individuals referred
- Advocate on behalf of individuals and their guardians to ensure services reflect their desires
- Conduct follow-up visits to ensure satisfaction with services and desired outcomes are being achieved
- Follow standards and regulations required by the Tennessee Department of Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a background check upon hire
- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field with two years of experience in providing or coordinating services to individuals with disabilities
- Four years of case management experience in providing or coordinating services to individuals with disabilities
