Overview

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in selling Health, Fitness, or Spa services within the Hospitality industry. This role is focused on achieving or surpassing established sales objectives while adhering to margin guidelines. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating and qualifying new sales leads, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the Hospitality market.

As a Sales Manager, you will be expected to develop and present tailored solutions to our partners and potential clients. Building and nurturing relationships with existing accounts and strategic partners is crucial, as is identifying new business opportunities.

The Sales Manager will work towards achieving defined KPIs on a monthly basis, which will be monitored and evaluated weekly. Professionalism and efficiency are paramount, as you will represent the Johnson Health Tech brand with the utmost integrity.

This position involves significant travel, primarily within the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and product mix as outlined by the Head of Sales.
  • Provide updates to the Head of Sales regarding market trends and competitive landscape, collaborating to formulate and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with the sales support team to ensure the CRM system and all administrative tasks are current.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports.
  • Conduct product training sessions for client staff, focusing on product usage and benefits across all projects in the JHT range.
  • Participate in internal sales meetings and represent the company at trade shows and product launches as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (including Mathematics and English) or equivalent.
  • Proven track record in sales, with relevant qualifications preferred.
  • A degree in sports science or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.

Skills and Experience:

  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a solution-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in the Hospitality, Spa, and Leisure sectors.
  • Proven selling and presentation skills.
  • Well-connected with a solid understanding of the industry.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
