Customer Service Representative

At Beacon Hill, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to external dealers and internal departments. Your primary duties will include managing all assigned projects and orders, resolving problems by listening to customers, understanding sales, purchasing, manufacturing, and computer systems, and assuming additional responsibilities as requested.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison to customer requests
  • Track and troubleshoot orders from inception through completion
  • Serve as primary customer contact for questions and troubleshooting

Requirements:
  • Two or more years of work experience in similar duties
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrates a high level of integrity and business ethics
