Avidia Bank is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling a wide range of transactions, and identifying opportunities to expand and retain retail and business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient, effective, and courteous customer service while performing various transactions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cashing checks.
  • Identify and take advantage of cross-sales opportunities by making referrals and sales in line with established targets.
  • Build productive relationships with our customers and represent the Bank in the communities it serves.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year experience in a cash handling customer service role.
  • Previous teller experience preferred.
  • Must be comfortable performing basic math procedures and have strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
