We are seeking a skilled RN Coordinator to join our team at Providence Little Company of Mary Torrance Hospital. As a key member of our Operating Room team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical services.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient surgical procedures.
- Manage workflow and equipment to optimize patient flow and minimize delays.
- Assist with staff education and training to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Monitor inventory and supplies to ensure timely restocking and minimize waste.
- Prepare and verify surgical supplies and equipment lists to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
