We are seeking a skilled RN Coordinator to join our team at Providence Little Company of Mary Torrance Hospital. As a key member of our Operating Room team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Cardio-Thoracic and Vascular surgery cases.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with surgeons to ensure seamless procedure execution
- Manage workflow and equipment to optimize efficiency
- Provide education and support to staff members
- Monitor inventory and maintain preference cards
- Act as a resource and mentor to the team
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- California Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate
- 1 year of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
