Responsibilities:- Assist passengers with baggage pick-up and resolve issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items.
- Utilize computer software to track and catalog luggage.
- Handle customer interactions with class, efficiency, and professionalism.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Must be a local resident.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Valid In-State Driver's License.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and up to a 10-year background check.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
