Job Overview
As a Member Frontline Service Associate at Sam's Club, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional member service by maintaining a clean and organized shopping environment. You will be responsible for assisting members with purchasing decisions, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and securing and safeguarding Sam's Club assets and property.

About the Role
This position requires excellent customer service skills, retail experience, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be expected to maintain area of responsibility in accordance with Company policies and procedures, provide member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, and assisting members with purchasing decisions, resolve member issues and concerns, promote Sam's Club products and services, and provide guidance and support regarding self-service technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, and assisting members with purchasing decisions

- Assist with securing and safeguarding Sam's Club assets and property
- Assist with training of Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and procedures

Benefits and Compensation
We offer a competitive hourly wage between $17.00 - $24.00 per hour, as well as performance-based bonus awards, health benefits, financial benefits, paid time off benefits, and other perks.

- Retail experience, including operating front-end equipment (cash register) and working with mobile retail applications
