Job Summary

Ogletree Deakins is a leading international law firm with a strong presence in the United States. We are seeking an experienced Business Immigration Specialist to join our team in Tampa. As a key member of our business immigration practice, you will be responsible for preparing and filing visa petitions with USCIS, compiling and analyzing case facts, drafting correspondence, and maintaining client documentation.

As a Business Immigration Specialist, you will work closely with our experienced attorneys to develop strategies for facilitating the international transfer of skilled employees. You will also have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program. You will also need 2+ years of employment-based immigration paralegal experience, preferably in a large law firm environment. Knowledge of the NIV process is preferred, as well as strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and work independently. You will also need to be proficient in MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems.
