We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at South Shore Marketing. As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will be responsible for representing the AT&T brand and meeting customers' wireless needs in residential communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of AT&T's wireless products and services.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to enhance consumers' buying experience and drive profitable sales.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by creating product awareness and generating a repeat customer base.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma/GED
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, build rapport with customers, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
