Job Title: Territory Account Manager

EquipmentShare is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction with our services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest EquipmentShare products and services to provide expert knowledge to customers.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales track record with a strong understanding of B2B sales principles.
  • Heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a team-oriented mindset.
