Under general oversight, the client support specialist will handle incoming inquiries, utilize chat platforms, and make outbound calls as necessary to assist customers with addressing common questions, delivering comprehensive information, processing applications, and resolving any issues that may arise with customer accounts efficiently and accurately.

Our client support specialists must exhibit active listening skills, demonstrate empathy, and maintain clear communication with customers in a positive and professional manner.


Key Responsibilities:

Upon successful completion of training and with your current skill set, you will be equipped to perform the following duties:

  • Employ standard technologies such as telephones, email, and web browsers.
  • Access the appropriate pre-scripted responses that must be communicated verbatim to provide essential general and claims-specific information.


Adhere to established and documented policies and standard operating procedures, including navigating various systems, timekeeping, and documenting calls from start to finish while complying with ethical and privacy regulations.


  • Assist callers in completing their applications and submitting them electronically for processing.
  • Maintain a basic call log, documentation, and related details for each inquiry, including confirming which scripts were utilized during the call.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, administrative roles, or telemarketing is required.
  • Proficiency in speaking and reading English clearly and professionally is essential.
  • Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute is required.
  • Experience with personal computers and the Windows operating system is necessary.
  • The ability to effectively work within established key performance indicators is essential.
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and leadership skills are required.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized while managing multiple tasks is necessary.
  • Availability to work holidays and potential overtime may be required.

Essential Requirements:

  • Capability to navigate various systems and web browsers.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with contact center technology.
  • Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of twenty words per minute.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Excel and Word.
  • Strong command of the English language and effective grammar usage.
  • Exemplary communication etiquette is expected.
  • Outstanding customer service is required on every interaction: personalize your communication, be knowledgeable about the information and assistance provided, remain patient and polite, and proactively offer solutions. These elements significantly influence our customer experience and are monitored through quality assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
Employees are expected to adhere to the assigned work schedule and comply with attendance and punctuality requirements.

This position is exclusively for in-center work.

This role does not include supervisory responsibilities.
