About the Role

Solotech Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Audio-Visual Business Development Representative III to join our team. As a global leader in live productions, systems integration, and virtual technology, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the accounts on behalf of Solotech.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to reach new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Perform needs assessments, develop budgets, and estimate project costs.
  • Prepare and present project proposals, scope of work, and executive summaries.
  • Negotiate and secure projects, and ensure timely completion.
  • Collect payments, process orders, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • College degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • 6 years of experience selling Audio-Visual solutions into various verticals.
  • Experience using Salesforce and proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, Word).
  • Low or High Voltage construction experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
