About the Role

Zephyr Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Behavioral Therapist Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for supervising a caseload of clients aged 2-7 in a center-based setting, utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to teach essential skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments using research-based tools, such as the VB-MAPP and Vineland, to inform treatment planning.
  • Design and implement customized treatment plans and programming for each client, ensuring alignment with their unique needs and goals.
  • Provide regular supervision and feedback to behavior therapists, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with parents and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our services and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, with current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Active membership in the Massachusetts Association for Behavior Analysis (LABA).
  • Proven experience in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow with our organization.
