Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Hatfield, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide quality occupational therapy services to inpatients on our West 5 unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and delivering occupational therapy services, as well as assisting in the planning of weekend activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to inpatients on the West 5 unit
  • Coordinate and plan occupational therapy services to meet the needs of patients
  • Assist in the planning of weekend activities
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school
  • Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • CPI training within 90 days from hire, as well as ongoing re-training as required
  • Occupational therapy experience in a mental health setting, including group facilitation skills
