Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Hatfield, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide quality occupational therapy services to inpatients on our Behavioral Health Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and delivering occupational therapy services to meet the unique needs of our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school required
  • Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required
  • De escalation training within 90 days from hire, as well as ongoing retraining as required
  • Occupational therapy experience in a mental health setting preferred, including the ability to facilitate groups
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills required
