Job Overview

As an Account Executive focusing on wireless solutions at Branchville, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth by promoting and marketing our advanced networking products. Your main objective will be to cultivate robust relationships with clients, uncover new business prospects, and meet sales objectives. The role requires a proactive approach to expand our customer base and manage the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach to finalizing sales. We are looking for a dynamic individual who excels in identifying and qualifying leads, developing referral networks, and closing enterprise-level opportunities. You should possess the skills of a 'greenfield hunter' capable of achieving both personal and company sales targets in a dynamic environment. Your role will involve engaging with customers and crafting value propositions that align with their needs.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Oversee a portfolio of accounts to ensure long-term success.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and challenges.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing their unique requirements.

Business Development:

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate client needs and define system requirements for comprehensive solutions.
  • Meet territory sales goals through the sale of products and services to new clients.
  • Identify sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and relationship building with potential customers, carriers, and partners.
  • Assist in developing a sales methodology and ensure adherence to the sales process.
  • Provide recommendations to prospective clients that align their business needs with our technology solutions.
  • Manage the sales process through qualification, needs assessment, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services.
  • Understand the territory, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Establish and maintain a clean and healthy sales pipeline.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts on a quarterly basis.
Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in sales, account management, or business development within the technology sector.
  • Technical background in mobility, SD-WAN, and/or Wireless WAN networking is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with wireless networking, cellular solutions, and Branchville's offerings is advantageous.
  • Proven B2B sales experience with a strong focus on acquiring new clients.
  • Experience engaging with Directors and/or business owners.

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Capability to understand client needs and customize solutions accordingly.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in utilizing sales tools and CRM systems.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on Branchville's product offerings, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
Compensation

This position offers a commission-based compensation structure with the potential to earn up to $300K.
