In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results for our Fortune 2000 clients. As an Enterprise Client Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a sales pipeline to meet annual sales quota of $900k-$1M. This involves converting market qualified leads into pipeline opportunities, negotiating with procurement, and securing contract signature.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-value sales in a B2B setting. You will possess strong communication and presentation skills to engage C-level buyers and demonstrate expertise in solution selling and managing complex sales cycles. Additionally, you should be proficient in using Salesforce.com to record sales activity and track progress against quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a sales pipeline to deliver $900k-$1M in B2B sales
- Manage entire sales cycle from lead conversion to contract signature
- Develop subject matter expertise on relevant business, legal, compliance, and ethical trends
- Engage effectively with C-Level audiences including General Counsels, Chief Ethics & Compliance Officers, and HR Executives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of LRN programs

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of delivering high-value sales
- Expertise in solution selling and managing complex sales cycles
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage C-level buyers
- Proficient in using Salesforce.com to record sales activity and track progress
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per annum (based on location and experience)
