Job Overview:

We are in search of a skilled Affiliate Marketing Specialist with a strong background in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) markets to enhance our marketing team.   • Track affiliate performance, monitor KPIs, and analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and maximize return on investment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align affiliate initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor actions, and emerging opportunities in the e-commerce and DTC affiliate marketing landscape.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and DTC markets.
  • Strong grasp of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices, with a history of driving revenue through affiliate channels.
  • Experience with affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and performance metrics in the e-commerce and DTC arena.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with affiliates and key stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and affiliate tracking software.
