Job Title: Director of Affiliate Marketing

At SmythOS, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our affiliate marketing efforts and drive significant revenue growth. As the Director of Affiliate Marketing, you'll be responsible for transforming our affiliate channels and strategic partnerships to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Affiliate Program Leadership:
    • Develop and implement innovative strategies to scale our SaaS affiliate marketing program, focusing on strategic recruitment, activation, and retention of affiliates.
    • Lead the adoption of MarTech solutions to optimize affiliate performance and drive significant revenue increases.
    • Design and manage commission structures and performance incentives to motivate top-tier affiliates.
  • Strategic Partnership Development:
    • Identify, negotiate, and secure high-impact strategic partnerships that align with SmythOS's growth objectives.
    • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with strategic goals.
    • Develop joint marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns with partners to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of affiliate managers and partnership specialists.
    • Develop and implement training programs and SOPs to streamline operations and improve onboarding efficiency.
  • Technical and Analytical Excellence:
    • Implement and maintain robust forecasting models to predict revenue outcomes with high accuracy.
    • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of affiliate and partnership activities.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of leading and transforming large-scale SaaS affiliate marketing programs.
  • Extensive experience in developing and managing multi-million dollar partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MarTech solutions and analytical tools.
  • Dynamic leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate high-performing teams.
